Qualifications Educational Background: A Ph.D. from a recognized institution in a relevant academic discipline. Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in higher education, with at least 7-10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Vice Chancellor, Provost, Dean, or equivalent).
