We’re Hiring: P2P Executive / Analyst

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Create and release purchase orders based on requisitions or instructions.
• Maintain and update order details accurately in the system.
• Act as a key contact for

  Purchasing, Receiving, and Suppliers

  to resolve order or payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain a

  knowledge base

  and SOP documentation.
• Track and coordinate supplier-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support

  ad hoc analysis

  , urgent requests, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and drive

  process improvements

  .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting

  , Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years

  of experience in P2P (Order Management / Planning / Buying).

• SAP knowledge is good to know

• Excellent English communication skills

  (written and verbal) are a must.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Flexible to work during

  month-end closing schedules
