Job Description

ob Purpose: Process sales orders from receipt to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates per Customer Care guidelines. Act as liaison between the customer, operations, and sales team to ensure customers' needs are met most efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be based in our Pune Office and will report to the Customer Care Manager. Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities 1. Order Processing: Responsible for order booking in SAP, on receipt of Order from Customer, check for correctness, pass on to SC planning team for further processing as per customer requirement Manage the sales order process from receipt of the order through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates in line with Customer Care Guidelines 2. Order Dispatch Planning: Interpret and analyze client schedules and prioritize orders. Ensure timely updates are provided to customer & sales regarding production schedule and approach for forecast alignment. Day-to-day communication with customers, operations, and sales. 3. Customer Coordination: Provide ship date information & ensure timely dispatch to customer. Responding to customer queries & ensuring updated information flow to the customer for timely order processing. Coordination with customer for advance payments & followup with credit management team for release of orders. 4. Customer Engagement: Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally. Meeting customers for taking feedback & aligning ways of working along with sales 5. New Win/Customers: Make customer database, ensure timely placement of orders and followup for timely delivery. 6. Price Maintenance: For each Flavor for which an order is placed check for validity & update when required. 7. Prepare Debit and Credit notes approvals, process notifications and Customer Returns. 8. Update and maintain accurate customer records, including customer-specific information, contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements You will Provide coverage and support accounts for other team members as necessary 9. Identify opportunities for improvements in customer care. Skills / Competencies Required Job Specific / General 1. Good knowledge of MS-Office & Google Sheets (Word, Excel, Power point) 2. Understand the complete business cycle 3. Understanding & Hands-on Experience of ERP – SAP 4. Team Player, ability to work well with peers as well as superiors 5.
