Order Processing Analyst

Role Overview: As an Order Processing Analyst at Othain Group, you will be responsible for accurately and timely entering customer orders, conducting post-sale quality checks on customer orders and sales orders, and working closely with the internal sales team to resolve any customer issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of customer orders and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Review and comprehend Service Contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), and customer purchase orders. - Review sales orders, vendor quotes, and internal costing tools for proper revenue recognition. - Communicate effectively, multitask, identify root causes, and meet all monthly closing deadlines. - Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with minimal errors. - Review, audit, and handle escalations as needed. - Communicate effectively in writing and with internal and external customers. - Collaborate effectively with the team. Qualifications Required: - Handle high-volume inquiries, orders, requests, and emails efficiently. - Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft suite tools with a strong focus on Excel. - Willingness to work overtime to meet financial deadlines based on business needs. - Experience working with Alteryx, Salesforce, and SharePoint is preferred. - Participate in sales operations and finance meetings as required. - Assist with New Hire onboarding support. - Prioritize work based on sales allocation, date needed to fill, and work order logistics.
