Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, which includes managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and coordinating HR-related activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and support the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest in sustainability and data-driven analytics is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
