The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of HR and daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance with sector laws, and office facilities management. Key ResponsibilitiesA) Talent Acquisition & Management· Be responsible for end to end hiring process, create job descriptions, post openings, screen candidates, and manage interviews and offer negotiations.· Ensure smooth onboarding by preparing contracts, facilitating orientation, and providing necessary resources.· Employee Management through facilitating performance reviews, appraisals, bonus assessments and exits of employees. Collaborate with team leads to address performance issues.· Manage payroll inputs, track attendance, and ensure timely submission of timesheets.· Employee Engagement by way of team-building activities, celebrations, and employee benefits programs, etc. B) Office Administration· Formulate, implement and review organizational Operations policies like travel, HR, leave, etc.· Ensure the organization complies with prevalent Labor laws and other relevant sectoral regulations.· Manage daily office operations, coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and infrastructure. Skills & Qualifications· Master’s or bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration/ Arts/ Operations/ Human Resources Management/ Operations Management’· Knowledgeable of Labor laws and sector-specific compliance requirements.· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.· Ability to manage a growing team, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. Role: Order Processing Analyst Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of P2P experience Job Responsibilities: • Create order in ERP system according to instructions or requisitions, and release order. • Maintain order necessary information in ERP system and keep accuracy. • Support the Transactional Processing and be a point of contact to resolve the complex, escalated, judgmental process challenges which may arise in the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process and be the primary contact for Purchasing/Receiving department and supplier. • Creating and maintaining a knowledgebase of service delivery content based on re-usable information and SOP. • Proactively track AP Supplier related issues, and coordinate with Internal team and other functional owners to ensure timely resolution of identified issues. • This role will require cross functional collaboration across the business, third party suppliers and operations team thereby providing inputs for driving process improvements. • Perform ad hoc analysis and support urgent requests including managing highly sensitive situations with respect to process following the compliance map. Qualification: • Min 1-3 years of P2P experience mainly into order following /Planning/Buying. • Good Exposure to Excel. • SAP ERP experience in P2P is desirable. • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Competence: • Ability to think outside the box and act operationally to resolve ambiguity in the transaction processing. • Should possess good problem-solving skills. • Good English communications skills - written and verbal. • Should be flexible to work month end schedules and early morning shifts. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
