Order Processing Analyst

As an Order Processing Analyst at our company, your role will involve creating orders in the ERP system as per instructions or requisitions, and ensuring accurate maintenance of order information. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledgebase of service delivery content, tracking AP Supplier related issues, and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution. Your contribution will be crucial for driving process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and performing ad hoc analysis to support urgent requests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create orders in ERP system and release them - Maintain accurate order information in ERP system - Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of service delivery content - Track AP Supplier related issues and coordinate for timely resolution - Collaborate cross-functionally for process improvements - Perform ad hoc analysis and manage urgent requests **Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of P2P experience in order following/planning/buying - SAP experience is highly desired - Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting/Finance In this role, you must possess the ability to think innovatively and act operationally to resolve transaction processing ambiguity. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), coordination skills, flexibility to work month-end schedules, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
