This position is based in Hinjewadi, Pune-India and the candidate will have a global exposure of working with world class professionals from all geographies to deliver exceptional service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Purchase Order Analyst is responsible for:

• Validating and ensuring the quality of all Dassault Systèmes (DS) software solutions Purchase Orders received from resellers or customers (indirect or direct sales)
• Assessing the need for physical media and software license keys
• Contributing to maximize resellers or customers satisfaction worldwide in a demanding and exciting environment
• Analyze Purchase Orders from Resellers or Sales teams according to DS policy and make the decision to approve or reject
• Review agreements in line with Legal and DS requirements
• Perform Special Bid Offer verification when attached to a Purchase Order
• Determine and validate what needs exist for License Keys
• Identify and approve what needs exist for Media Shipments
• Create specific Orders to maintain software installed base quality and integrity (Termination or transfer of license, change in reseller and / or sales channel)
• Audit samples of Purchased Orders automatically approved in the system to maintain quality of submissions made by eligible resellers and customers
• Other reporting or special assignments as needed
• Deliver in time and according to agreed SLA quality and efficiency requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (equivalent work experience considered)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in finance and accounting streams preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills and good team player
• Keen learner with positive attitude
• Structured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with solution finding approach
• Able to work in multiple and culturally different environments
• Able to maintain high quality in all deliverables and according to the operating principles
