Role Overview

Oracle Utilities CCS Developer

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and develop Oracle Utilities components:

    algorithms, batches, portals/zones, bill print templates and etc.,

    .
  • Work on

    functional modules

     across CCS/CC&B/C2M (billing, metering, payments, collections and etc.,).
  • Collaborate with architects and SMEs for

    requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT

    .
  • Support

    system implementations, upgrades, and production deployments

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    configuration standards

     and documentation best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues; perform

    root cause analysis

     and continuous improvement.

 

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years

     of experience in Oracle Utilities (CCS/CC&B/C2M) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of

    OUAF framework

    , configuration tools, and product architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Oracle CCS modules

    , data model, and integrations and

    Oracle SQL

    .
  • Familiarity with

    OCI, OIC

     deployment nuances.
  • Good understanding of integration with

    ERP, MDM, GIS

     systems.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
