We’re hiring for 30 full-time remote roles (10 in the US, 20 in India) to support and evolve our RxClaim adjudication system running on IBM i (AS/400).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support RxClaim adjudication logic using RPG, Synon, CL, COBOL/400, and IBM i SQL.
Collaborate on data integration, system enhancements, and architecture alignment.
Execute full SDLC: analysis, coding, unit testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
Mentor juniors, support production support activities, maintain code quality.
For infrastructure roles: monitor IBM i systems, LPARS, batch jobs, backups, and triage alerts.
Required Qualifications
Development roles: 5+ years in AS/400 application dev; proficiency in RPG, RPGLE, CL, Synon, COBOL/400, IBM i SQL. RxClaim experience preferred.
Infrastructure roles: 2+ years monitoring IBM i environments, backups, LPARS, and alert systems.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with RxClaim/PBM adjudication engines
Familiarity with DevOps or cloud integrations (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
