Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Director with a strong Oracle technical background to lead end-to-end cloud delivery and presales efforts. You will manage complex Oracle implementations, oversee application managed services, drive proposal (RFP) responses, and lead a team of managers and senior managers to deliver high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Cloud implementations, including technical architecture, solution design, and deployment.
Drive presales activities and respond to RFPs, creating compelling proposals and value propositions.
Manage application managed services operations ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Serve as delivery lead, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and budget.
Mentor and manage managers and senior managers, fostering growth and high performance.
Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
Uphold PwCs code of ethics and promote diversity and inclusion within teams.

Qualifications:

16+ years of relevant experience with strong Oracle technical expertise (Cloud and on-premise).
Proven experience in presales, RFP development, and managed services.
Demonstrated success as a delivery lead managing multiple large-scale Oracle projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and senior managers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement abilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-border teams.
