We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sr. / Sr. Principal Support Engineer - EBS Apps Developer to join our team of highly skilled technical experts. As an Oracle CSS Applications developer, you will be tasked with building and maintaining our clients" technical landscapes through tailored support services. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced technical professional with a strong understanding of business solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within the Oracle Applications supporting products and technologies. You should have hands-on experience in the implementation or support of large to medium Oracle Applications implementation projects. You will be expected to operate independently, providing quality work products and performing varied and complex tasks that require independent judgment. We are looking for flexible and open-minded experts who can work with different technologies and address complex architectures in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments. Collaboration with global teams is key to provide the best-tailored solutions to Oracle customers. Skills required for this role include strong technical knowledge in Oracle applications, SQL, and PL-SQL. Additionally, expertise in OAF, XML, Oracle Forms and Reports, AME, WF, APEX, Java, ADF, JET, and PaaS is essential. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud products such as Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, HCM, as well as proficiency in SaaS Personalization Sandbox for UI modifications, OTBI, BIP Report development, and bursting in BIP for automated report distribution is highly valued. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services for Oracle Fusion integrations. The ability to work effectively in a team, strong communication skills, and a self-driven and result-oriented approach are also important qualities we are looking for. Responsibilities of the role include developing technical solutions to meet business requirements, resolving key issues related to code change requirements and bug fixes, supporting Oracle ERP products and services, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve business needs. You will also design and build OTBI and BIP reports based on business requirements, configure alerts using bursting for report distribution, and maintain and optimize Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be expected to engage directly in architectural tasks, collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices, address performance challenges, security issues, and technical concerns proactively, as well as analyze, troubleshoot, and solve customer issues using Oracle products. Additionally, you will act as the technical primary point of contact for Oracle Support and safeguard customer satisfaction through quality delivery and added value.
