Serve as the EPBCS SME, ensuring day-to-day stability, optimization, and smooth operations of the Oracle EPM platform.
Manage and support Financials, Workforce Planning, Capex, and custom modules, including Account Revenue Reconciliation.
Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot business rules using
Calc Scripts, Groovy, and MDX
.
Utilize
EPM Automate
for task automation, process optimization, and system integration.
Design and deliver insightful, accurate reports using Oracle reporting tools.
Support multi-currency configurations including
foreign exchange (FX) translations
and related workflows.
Lead planning cycles, enhancement initiatives, and month-end close activities.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable planning solutions.
Act as a liaison between Finance and IT teams for technical configuration and optimization.
Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to internal teams and end users.
Experience with
EPCM (Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management)
module is a strong plus.
Support data integration and data management activities within EPM.

Required Qualifications:

5–8 years of hands-on experience with
Oracle Cloud EPM
, with a primary focus on
EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
.
Proficient in Financials modules, EPM Automate, MDX scripting, and report development.
Strong understanding of planning processes and application performance optimization.
Experience supporting multi-currency environments and FX processes.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with
EPCM

Expertise in

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
