Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle CDM solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality data management practices. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle CDM solutions. Configure and implement Oracle Customer Data Management functionalities to meet client needs. Conduct data analysis and data cleansing activities to ensure data quality. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle CDM processes and tools. Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CDM with other Oracle applications. Skills and Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) or related areas. Strong understanding of data management principles and practices. Proficiency in Oracle CDM module, including configuration and implementation. Experience with data quality tools and data governance practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
