Immediate Opening Oracle HCM& Absence Senior Consultant

Oracle HCMand Absence Senior Consultants

Core HR and Absence consultant with 6+ years ofOracle HCMCloud experience.
Ability to lead a team, contribute to project initiatives, and guide clients on best practices.
Hands-on skills in configuration, integrations, and Fast Formula debugging.
Conduct client workshops, design playback sessions, and knowledge transfer.
Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

6+ years ofOracle HCMConsulting experience.
Minimum 5 years ofOracleGlobal HCM Cloud Core HR & Absence Management implementation.
23 end-to-end implementation projects completed in Core HR & Absence Management.
Strong leadership in workshops (process, design, configuration, validation).
Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.

Desirable Skills

Broader HR process understanding.
Experience with additionalOracleCloud modules such as Payroll.
