Description

We are seeking a skilled CMMS Supervisor to lead our maintenance management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the CMMS implementation and ensuring optimal maintenance practices across our facilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
Train and support team members on CMMS functionalities and best practices.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and maintenance planning.
Prepare reports and presentations on maintenance performance and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for maintenance tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role.
Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Project management skills and experience with budget management.
