We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive/Field Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field market research and is open to travel within India.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Manage field operations and ensure the team meets sales targets and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and market trends.
  • Train and mentor junior field staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in field sales or management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
