Description

We are seeking an experienced CMMS Supervisor (Mechanical) to lead our maintenance team in implementing and optimizing our CMMS processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and be proficient in CMMS software to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for mechanical operations.
Manage and train a team of maintenance personnel on CMMS best practices and functionalities.
Analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and preventive maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
Prepare and present reports on maintenance metrics and CMMS effectiveness to management.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for maintenance activities in the CMMS.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proficient in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
