Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Oracle Cloud Sales B2B Lead to join our growing CX practice. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle CX Sales (B2B) implementations, solution design, and team leadership, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud modules, B2B workflows, and customer engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Sales B2B implementations — from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their B2B sales processes and translate them into scalable Oracle CX solutions.
  • Design and configure Sales Cloud modules — Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Forecasting, and Sales Performance Management.
  • Integrate Oracle CX Sales with CPQ, Service, Subscription Management, and ERP systems.
  • Define business rules, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards for B2B sales enablement.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct design workshops, prepare functional documentation, and guide testing and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated with the Oracle CX Sales roadmap and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years in Oracle CX Sales / B2B Sales Cloud.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementations (preferably B2B).
  • Deep knowledge of Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management, and Forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of CX integration touchpoints (CPQ, Service, ERP).
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle CX or Sales Cloud certification preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CPQ or Subscription Management integration with Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Redwood UX and Digital Selling tools.
  • Prior experience working with global clients in a consulting environment.
