Role Overview

Oracle Cloud Sales B2B Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end

    Oracle Cloud Sales B2B implementations

    — from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their B2B sales processes and translate them into scalable Oracle CX solutions.
  • Design and configure

    Sales Cloud modules

    — Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Forecasting, and Sales Performance Management.
  • Integrate Oracle CX Sales with

    CPQ, Service, Subscription Management, and ERP systems

    .
  • Define business rules, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards for B2B sales enablement.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct design workshops, prepare functional documentation, and guide testing and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated with the Oracle CX Sales roadmap and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of overall experience, with

    6+ years in Oracle CX Sales / B2B Sales Cloud

    .
  • Proven experience in at least

    2 end-to-end Oracle Sales Cloud implementations

    (preferably B2B).
  • Deep knowledge of

    Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Territory Management, and Forecasting

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    CX integration touchpoints

    (CPQ, Service, ERP).
  • Exposure to

    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and reporting tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle CX or Sales Cloud certification preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in

    CPQ or Subscription Management

    integration with Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with

    Redwood UX

    and

    Digital Selling tools

    .
  • Prior experience working with

    global clients

    in a consulting environment.
