Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, integration technologies, and development best practices. The consultant will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and project teams to deliver successful HCM implementations and enhancements. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations, custom reports, and extensions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using tools like OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and business users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionalities.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
