Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with an experience of 4 years to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Expertise in designing, developing and executing complex data migration scripts using Oracle s HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).


• Ability to develop, implement and optimize data migration strategies, scripts and procedures while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with company and industry standards.


• Proficiency in coordinating data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes and troubleshooting issues to maintain data integrity and accuracy.


• Skilled in collaborating with functional and technical teams to define migration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with overall project goals.


• Exposure in creating and customizing advanced reports, dashboards and analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP) and HCM Extracts.


• Sound experience in developing fast formulas for absence and compensation modules.


• Proactive approach in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving complex data conversion and integration issues during mock conversions and system cutovers.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve technical challenges.


• Capability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation including data mapping specifications and conversion programs.


• Familiarity in raising service requests (SR), coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution and assisting in the identification and resolution of complex migration-related problems.
