Job Description

Total, strong HCM technical expertise
Must have project experience in Payroll & Fast Formulas
Strong in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI
Hands-on with HDL / HSDL for data migration
Good knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
SQL/PLSQL debugging and analysis is mandatory
Must support SIT, UAT & production cycles
Work with functional teams to convert requirements
Troubleshoot payroll issues & propose solutions
Good communication/documentation skills
Preferred: HCM Certification, global payroll exposure
