Job Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with deep hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in the Payroll module, Fast Formula development, and other key HCM technical components.
• The ideal candidate must have proven project experience, strong analytical ability, and the capability to deliver end-to-end technical solutions by collaborating with functional and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug Payroll Fast Formulas (earnings, deductions, time, absence, eligibility).
• Develop and maintain technical components within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Work with functional teams to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Design and deliver BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, and OTBI dashboards.
• Assist with data migration using HDL / HSDL for conversions and mass updates.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST / SOAP Web Services.
• Analyze and resolve complex Payroll technical issues during testing and production.
• Support enhancements, change requests, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation following project and organizational standards.

Primary Skills (Must Be Demonstrated in Projects)

• Candidates must have strong project-based hands-on experience in:
• Oracle HCM Cloud Technical (Fusion)
• Payroll Module technical configuration, calculations, validations
• Fast Formula development & debugging (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour )
• HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI
• HDL / HSDL - data migration, bulk uploads, updates
• Integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
• SQL / PL/SQL for analysis, debugging, and validations
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, and technical design practices
• Hands-on experience supporting Payroll production issues (retro pay, costing, balances, etc.)

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM / Fusion.
• Proven expertise in Fast Formula development and Payroll technical workflows.
• Strong BI tool exposure (BI Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI).
• Experience with HDL, HSDL, and HCM data models.
• Deep understanding of Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL / PL/SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Technical / Payroll).
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• Exposure to Global or Multi-Country Payroll implementations.
