Roles & Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of senior engineers in the production / quality / maintenance / tool room departments.

Operate and monitor plastic processing machinery such as Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Stretch Blow Molding, and Extrusion systems.

Support in mold changeovers, machine setups, and troubleshooting.

Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications.

Assist in documentation of production parameters, quality reports, and maintenance logs.

Learn and apply safety practices, 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement techniques.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.

Gain hands-on exposure to packaging development and process optimization.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of polymer materials and plastic processing techniques.

Basic understanding of mold design, tool maintenance, and machine operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
