Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Consultant in this Contract to Hire role at a Big 4 company, you will be responsible for Oracle HCM implementation with a focus on large-scale implementations. Your expertise in at least one of the following areas is crucial for this role: - Good knowledge of HCM Extract, including design, development, types of extracts, and enhancements to existing seeded/custom extracts - Understanding User Entity (UE) Details and usage, extract delivery options, templates, and debugging skills - Performance improvement and optimization, parameters and usages, various properties/functions of extract related objects - Familiarity with incremental extract/Changes Only/Delta functions, scheduling, and basic understanding of Security - Knowledge of Fast Formula in the context of HCM Extract, including criteria, rule, scheduling, and Functional FF - Understanding of config of PGP Keys/Certificates, UCM in BIP Admin, GDPR, REST, SOAP APIs, ATOM Feed, and Oracle release process - Solid grasp of performance tuning best practices and experience in improving end-to-end processing times - Experience working in Agile teams with self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines - Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team and customer service orientation If you possess the required qualifications and skills mentioned above, and you are ready to take on the responsibilities of this role, we welcome you to apply for this position and be a part of our dynamic team.,
