This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, and includes, but is not limited to: requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing. Responsibilities: Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application Create and update technical specification documents Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following the teams development standards Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues. As an Oracle HCM Consultant in this Contract to Hire role at a Big 4 company, you will be responsible for Oracle HCM implementation with a focus on large-scale implementations.
