Exposer to PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts Job Summary: Programmer/Analyst supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules. This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, and includes, but is not limited to: requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing. Responsibilities: Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application Create and update technical specification documents Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following the teams development standards Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues. Provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in a service level agreement. Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned Position Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle excellent problem solving and analysis skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface Experience in PeopleSoft production support Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades. Ability to work with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in computer-related field
