About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer with 3–4 years of experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and database development. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and optimizing Oracle-based solutions to support business operations and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Oracle Database tools.
• Design and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
• Work closely with functional/business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform database performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.
• Support migration, upgrades, and integration of Oracle-based applications.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical support for issue resolution, enhancements, and change requests.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle tools, technologies, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, and database objects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Database administration basics.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
