Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in overseas education counseling. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of international universities, admission processes, visa requirements, and career guidance for students aspiring to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities including universities, courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
• Manage end-to-end admission processes: application filling, documentation, SOP/LOR guidance, and follow-ups with universities.
• Guide students through visa processes, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Maintain updated knowledge of global education trends, scholarships, and immigration regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, students, and parents.
• Track student progress and ensure timely updates throughout the admission process.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in education, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of continuous experience in the overseas education industry.
• Strong knowledge of international universities (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) and their admission/visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle student queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and target-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online application portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
