Job Description : Oracle Retail Consultant (Permanent Remote Role) Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Company: Outworks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Are you an experienced Oracle Retail professional looking for a long-term remote opportunity ? We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for a skilled Oracle Retail Consultant with strong technical expertise in RMS/Retek, SQL, PL/SQL , and application debugging. This is a permanent remote position , offering flexibility and the chance to work on enterprise-grade Oracle Retail systems with a leading global end-client. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support and development for Oracle RMS/Retek modules. Write, review, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to meet business and reporting needs. Perform debugging of Oracle Forms and Reports (any version acceptable). Collaborate with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Ensure stability and performance of retail systems in coordination with cross-functional teams. Contribute to process improvements and solution enhancements across retail applications. Required Skills: Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System) / Retek. Must-Have: Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Must-Have: Intermediate-level experience in debugging Oracle Forms and Reports. Must-Have: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with WINS/WMS systems. Nice-to-Have: Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
