Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and deliver training/documentation to business users.
Provide functional support during post-go-live and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, bringing industry knowledge and Oracle best practices to client engagements.
Familiarity with Oracle CX suite (Field Service, Service Cloud, Subscription Management, B2B Service) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of integrations with Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Oracle CX / Service Logistics certifications.
Experience in managing offshore/onsite delivery models.
