Role: Odoo HR Functional Consultant Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Functional Consultant to oversee end to end HRMS implementation on projects. The candidate would have strong background in ERP system, proven track records of leading teams, delivering product demonstrations and ensuring successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: · Lead cross functional teams including developers and functional consultants for ERP projects · Conduct requirement gathering, perform gap analysis and prepare functional documentation and project plans · Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams as per industry standards · Manage the implementation, customization and integration of ERP modules · Manage continuous communication with stakeholders to provide regular update and see successful implementation Skills & Qualification: · 5 years of minimum experience in Odoo/ Other ERP and handled at 6 Odoo ERP projects · Strong functional and technical knowledge of Odoo/ Other ERP modules · Hands on experience with product demo, requirement gathering and gap analysis · Excellent communication and client facing skills · Proficiency in project management methodologies · Strong ability in team-work , analytical, problem solving and decision making
