Role description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced support of OCI environments. This role serves as the escalation point for L1/L2 teams, ensuring availability, performance, cost efficiency, and compliance across multi-tenant OCI setups.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize OCI services, including Compute, Network, Storage, and Database.
Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable OCI architectures.
Troubleshoot complex performance, connectivity, and provisioning issues.
Configure and manage IAM, VCN, DRG, VPN, NSGs, and other OCI security components.
Support and maintain OCI DB Systems, Autonomous Databases, and Exadata Cloud environments.
Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using Terraform, Ansible, and OCI CLI.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), patch management, disaster recovery drills, and capacity planning.
Enforce governance policies, tagging standards, cost control, and ensure ITIL compliance.

5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
