Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Consultant

Location: Hybrid (Onsite/Offshore Support as Required)
Duration: Contractual (6 Months-1 Year)

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Consultant to support the migration of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion. This project focuses on key Oracle Fusion modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding/Offboarding (Journeys), Absence Management, and Time Tracking. While this is not a full-suite implementation, the consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition, system optimization, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessment: Evaluate the existing PeopleSoft HCM environment, identify gaps, and determine migration requirements for Oracle Fusion.
  • Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions for the following modules:
  • Core HCM
  • Compensation
  • Onboarding/Offboarding (Journeys)
  • Absence Management
  • Time Tracking
  • Data Migration & Integration: Manage the data migration process, ensuring smooth integration with other business systems and compliance with business needs.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend process re-engineering strategies to enhance HR operations and improve employee experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and leadership teams to define success metrics, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Change Management: Lead user adoption, develop training materials, and offer ongoing support to HR and business teams to ensure successful system integration.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-go-live support to resolve issues and implement system enhancements as needed.

Required Expertise:

  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP migrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Journeys.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, data migration strategies, and integration with external systems.
  • Ability to function as both a hands-on implementation lead and a strategic consultant/advisor.
  • Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships, business case development, and end-user training.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing HR systems and improving user experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM or related ERP systems (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful HR transformation projects.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, offering flexibility to support both onsite and offshore teams.

Engagement Model:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across HR, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Mix of onsite and offshore support, depending on project needs.
  • Duration: Engagement timelines to be determined following initial assessment.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
