Job Requirement

• Project Role: Oracle APEX Consultant
• Project Role Description: · We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Consultant with a strong background in developing and implementing Oracle APEX applications. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and database technologies. The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and support of Oracle APEX applications tailored to meet the needs of various business processes.

Technical Expertise

• Must Have Skills :
• 3-5 years of experience in developing Oracle APEX applications.
• Experience with Oracle APEX versions 18.x, 19.x, 20.x, and beyond.
• Experience in Oracle APEX versions upgrade.
• Strong exposure in migrating tabular forms to interactive grid.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and database concepts.
• Ability to write efficient, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Experience in customizing Oracle APEX themes, templates, and dynamic actions.
• Expertise in Oracle Database 11g, 12c, 19c.
• Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server (preferred).
• Experience with Oracle APEX application optimization and database performance tuning.
• Ability to integrate reporting tools like BI Publisher , Oracle Analytics, Jasper, Crystal, or AOP with APEX applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business users and team members.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Good To Have Skills :

1. Oracle Forms & Reports knowledge will help in migrating the Forms to Oracle APEX.

2. Power BI visualization and integration with Oracle APEX.

3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

4. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

5. Oracle 23AI database – vector searc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

o Design, develop, and enhance Oracle APEX applications.

o Customize existing applications to improve usability, performance, and scalability.

o Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Database Integration:

o Work with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, 19c and above to manage back-end integrations and develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, and triggers.

o Design efficient data models and ensure optimal database performance.

• Application Maintenance:

o Maintain and support existing Oracle APEX applications.

o Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for system errors or bugs.

o Monitor application performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

• User Experience:

o Design user-friendly, responsive, and modern interfaces using Oracle APEX Universal Theme and CSS/HTML.

o Work closely with business users to gather requirements and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Security Management:

o Implement security best practices in Oracle APEX applications (Authentication, Authorization, Session Management).

o Ensure application compliance with security standards (OWASP, etc.).

• Documentation:

o Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle APEX applications.

o Document and communicate best practices, development standards, and workflows.

Educational Qualification:
