About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function end-to-end at a fast-paced IT manpower consulting firm. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the recruitment/staffing industry who has successfully managed HR operations and people strategy in a startup or small-scale business environment. As part of a close-knit leadership team, youll be expected to bring both strategic insight and operational excellence, overseeing everything from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, grievance handling, policy development, and team capability building. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-House Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across operations, delivery, and support teams.
