Role & responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Projects: Take ownership of end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, from initial planning to post-go-live support. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide Expert Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on SAP IBP for Supply Chain, providing guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices, solution design, and system configuration. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Design and configure SAP IBP solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Customization and Integration: Customize SAP IBP functionalities as needed to address unique business requirements. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP IBP and other systems within the clients landscape.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP IBP solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance post-implementation.
• Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP IBP and supply chain management technologies. Leverage industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements to clients, driving continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP supply chain and related modules, with a focus on Supply Chain Planning modules (Demand Planning, Response and Supply Planning, S & OP, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, with a minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and processes, with the ability to align SAP IBP solutions with business objectives.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
