About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function end-to-end at a fast-paced IT manpower consulting firm. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the recruitment/staffing industry who has successfully managed HR operations and people strategy in a startup or small-scale business environment. As part of a close-knit leadership team, youll be expected to bring both strategic insight and operational excellence, overseeing everything from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, grievance handling, policy development, and team capability building. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-House Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across operations, delivery, and support teams. Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels. Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, manage feedback, and offer rollouts. 2. Generalist & Employee Engagement Activities: Act as a go-to person for employees for any day-to-day HR-related matters. Plan and execute engagement activities, employee check-ins, and internal events. Drive a positive workplace culture aligned with our values and mission. 3. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth documentation throughout. Oversee leave tracking, attendance records, and support monthly payroll coordination. Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards to keep leadership updated. 4. Offer to Exit Lifecycle Management: Manage all onboarding processes, including document collection, induction, and background checks. Ensure smooth transitions for role changes, confirmations, and promotions. Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate final settlements. 5. Training & Development Assess capability gaps and develop role-specific training programs. Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and performance coaching for individuals and teams. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. 6. Policy Development & Implementation Draft, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with evolving legal, organizational, and cultural needs. Ensure company-wide awareness and understanding of policies through clear communication and training. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or sole HR role. Prior experience in a recruitment or staffing industry setting is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a startup or small-company culture-agile, adaptable, and self-driven. Proven capability in managing employee relations, engagement, and operational HR independently. Strong understanding of HR processes. Ideal Candidate Attributes High emotional intelligence, with sound judgment and discretion. Age must be between 35-40 Years. Relationship-focused, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Strong ownership mind set, comfortable making decisions and working with minimal supervision.
