Relevant Experience- 9+ Years (Oracle JDE) 

Mode: Remote 

Shift: 11AM-9PM OR 2PM-11PM 

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) 

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Oracle JDE Technical Worldsoft professional. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and offering training to clients. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, responding to customer service requests, and collaborating with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Information Technology and Customer Service skills
• Experience in delivering Training
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with Oracle JDE Worldsoft is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
