🕒 Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Office – 3 Days/Week)

Shift:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  ServiceNow major upgrades

  on a bi-annual basis
• Oversee

  monthly patching

  and defect remediation
• Handle

  ServiceNow deployments

  to UAT & Production for development sprints
• Assist in developing/expanding

  release automation

  to simplify deployment processes
• Perform minor developments within

  IRM/GRC applications

  in ServiceNow

Required Skills & Certifications:

• ✅

  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  (mandatory)
• ➕ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred)
• ➕ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (highly beneficial)
• 3+ years of experience in the

  ServiceNow ecosystem
