Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred). 6–8 years of experience in Business Consulting with a focus on BPM/Digital Transformation . Hands-on experience with Appian BPM (preferred) or other BPM tools (Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills. Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC . Appian certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to capture business processes and translate them into BPM workflows. Design, configure, and optimize solutions using Appian BPM or other BPM platforms. Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for digital transformation projects. Provide consulting expertise on best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian capabilities . Define KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and process performance monitoring strategies. Train business users and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Stay updated with digital trends, low-code platforms, and BPM advancements to provide innovative solutions.
