🚀 We’re Hiring: Analyst (NetIQ IDM/NAM Specialist)

Locations:

Analyst

🔑

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain existing

    IDM infrastructure

    and implement updates.
  • Create and update

    IDM Workflows

    and

    IDM Drivers

    .
  • Provide technical assistance for onboarding new connected systems.
  • Act as an

    IDM SME

    for security groups, helpdesk, and end users.
  • Perform IDM maintenance: driver health, LDAP directory, resource maintenance, patches, connectors, workflow/report writing, log management, DR testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues within the

    NetIQ product suite

    .
  • Document detailed design and integration manuals.
  • Manage BAU support processes (SLA, incident/problem management).

Essential Skills:

  • NetIQ Identity Manager (NIM)
  • NetIQ Access Manager (NAM)
  • LDAP, Webservices, Java, eDirectory
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
🌟

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication & customer management
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

3–4 years of hands-on NIM/NAM experience
