Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in maintaining & supporting

  CICS

  and

  IBM MQ

  administration.
• Expertise in installation & configuration of

  zOS systems

  .
• Proficiency in

  zOS debugging

  , problem analysis, and root-cause identification.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Troubleshooting experience with

  MQSeries on zOS

  .
• Installation, upgrade & maintenance of applications using

  IBM MQSeries

  .
• Monitor & manage MQ objects and Queue Managers to ensure high availability.
• Perform backups for new MQ objects as needed.
• Delete specific messages from queues upon authorized requests.
• Reset channels, start/stop MQ subsystems when required.
• Publish monthly usage statistics for MQ Queue Managers & objects.
• Implement and review automation & system dependencies regularly.
