Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Kakori. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in various IT positions. Daily tasks include understanding employer requirements, posting job advertisements, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and build relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Understanding of various IT roles and technical skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
