Job Description

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Manage attendance, leave, shift records, and manpower data for on-roll and contractual employees.
Handle joining, induction logistics, and employee documentation in coordination with Corporate HR.
Support performance management, training programs, and HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and site-level HR MIS.

Labour Laws, Compliance & Union Management

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws including Shops & Establishment and Contract Labour Act.
Coordinate statutory compliance with Payroll & Compliance Manager.
Manage contract labour documentation, registers, and contractor compliance.
Act as first-level interface with unions / worker representatives.
Support labour inspections, audits, and statutory visits.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and issue resolution.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and communication programs.
Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work culture.

Administration & Facility Management

Manage office administration including stationery, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, utilities, and day-to-day facilities.
Manage guesthouse and accommodation arrangements.

Coordination & Reporting

Act as a link between site operations and corporate HR.
Submit periodic HR & Admin MIS and reports on time.
Escalate critical people or compliance issues proactively.
