Role & responsibilities Preparation of Legal documents and bonds for the employees. Doing documentation and Joining Formalities of the new Employees. Taking care of union matters and crew management. Planning and implementing the Employee engagement activities within the organisation. To handle the online performance management review process. Assisting the senior in organising campus recruitment programmes as well as arranging the training programmes for new joinees / Existing employees. Need to handle recruitment activities as and when required. Assisting payroll management within the organisation. Assisting in Admin related works and ISO documentation.
