• We are Hiring HR Manager for US IT Staffing Industry Night Shift.
• Should have worked in the areas of Employee Engagement, Process Management, Performance Management, Organization & Talent Development and Culture.
• Looking for resources to drive change in Lleadership & organizational development Plan, develop and implement HR related strategies.
• Develop individual /group /cross-functional/cross team employee engagement initiatives and drive them towards active employee participation.
• Should interact regularly with the employees and motivate them whenever necessary, should act as a company's positive advocate.
• Able to follow up with employees about the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Must have excellent command Over Written and verbal Communication Skills.
