Role & responsibilities Source and screen candidates for different profiles. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain hiring trackers and database. Issue letters: Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Relieving, etc. Maintain employee data in HRMS/Excel systems. Track confirmation and probation timelines. Handle pre-joining formalities, documentation. Process induction and onboarding process. Maintain employee records (physical and digital). Plan and execute employee activities, celebrations, and monthly feedback. Assist in PF, ESI, Professional Tax and labour law compliance. Assist payroll team in verification and formatting of monthly payroll and salary processing. Preferred candidate profile Full time MBA with relevant recruitment experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional network. Candidate must have an excellent command over excel, Vlookup, Pivot Table. Must be able to work within the defined timelines. Good understanding of recruitment & HR operations. Knowledge of payroll and taxation would be as advantage.
