Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and vision.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
  • Define and refine brand positioning to ensure it resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality, compelling content across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Enhance the brand's digital footprint through effective use of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships and collaborations to extend brand reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of branding initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and other promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Develop and manage the branding budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branding professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in branding or marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the mobile or technology industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Passionate about technology and the mobile industry.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
