This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals who want to learn the ropes of operations in a purpose-driven environment. As an Operations Trainee, you’ll support our core activities across logistics, coordination, and partnerships. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting, perfect if you love organizing, solving problems, and making things happen.

What You Will Do

● Support Operations Management: Assist in managing daily operations, from coordinating emails and scheduling to supporting event logistics, venues, and vendor coordination.

● Project Coordination: Work closely with different teams to keep projects on track, ensure timelines are met, and help build structured processes.

● Assist Partnerships: Help identify potential partners, prepare briefs and proposals, support negotiations, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

● Digital Efficiency: Use digital tools and basic AI platforms to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

● A proactive doer, excited by checklists, follow-ups, and seeing tasks through to completion.

● Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple responsibilities and keep things moving smoothly.

● Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel), Canva, and generally quick to learn and adapt to new technology.

● Good communication skills with a willingness to learn how to manage relationships and negotiate.

● Someone who is eager to contribute to meaningful projects.

● Open to learning about operations in the public policy or social development sector.
